K So lets just have a little chat about things that YOU SHOULDN'T try to experience in your life time.. So First things first.. Wednesday. Going to go can Peaches at the church cannery. (this is OK, Messy. but dont do this if you are having back pain.. PLEASE!) I get in the car and have THE MOST painful experience of MY LIFE going on in my back. Thought I pulled a muscle. NO! So SUPER LONG STORY SHORT. Turns out have a POSSIBLE Kidney Infection.
So just a little warning of such an event going on in your body. Signs & symptoms A: You Want to DIE due to Pain. B: You want to throw up due to pain C: you cant lay, speak, Heel, sit, stand etc... due to pain.. and last but not least D: NO AMOUNT OF PUSHING, PULLING, WRENCHING, Or CRACKING of the Back will do ANY AMOUNT of good!!!! So YES these were some of the things that I DID do wrong in trying to solve my so called "YOU JUST PULLED A MUSCLE IN YOUR BACK" problem. I am on good ole' Lortab for pain. Warning this is NOT CONDUCIVE to having a child home all day.. ( I layed in bed the ENTIRE day, while Coleman had his way with the house..hmmm don't call child services please!) and a few other goodies that the doc thought I should take. So that is where I am at now. Broken and getting fat by the second, No I CANT DO ANY OF MY WORKOUT ROUTINE.. But Tonight (1:08am) I am going to go try! Since I DID Sleep ALL DAY LONG! Just thought that I would share my peachy experience with ya'all now you know.. and I hope my get well soon card is already in the mail! Love ya all!

(If you are using Fresh peaches, mix in 1 reg. size can of canned peaches in with so that you get the syrup.) Next get a 9x13 pan and melt 1 cube of butter in dish. Take 1/2 of a yellow cake mix and cover melted butter in dish. Next add your peaches. Take the remaining amount of yellow cake mix and cover peaches. Then sprinkle Cinnamon on top, and oats, and 1/2 cup water. Cook at 350 for 25 min. Open oven and stir mixture around until mixed well. Cook for about another 10-15 min. Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream.
