Well I never really know how to start these post. (so sorry to all you pro's)
To start this spring/summer season Mike & I had the opportunity to go to the Grand Bahamas for our 4 year anniversary. Yes this was such an amazing trip. Coleman got to take his own vaction to the Grandma's houses and Heidie's. I would totally reccomend to EVERYONE get a TIMESHARE!! this is how we went on this amazing trip. All we had to pay for was the airfare, and play money! So our "PLAY" money really turned into food money. It was totally expensive to eat over in the Bahamas, as an example $8.95 for a gallon of milk. $4.50 for a box of mac & cheese. Lets just say I dont know how anyone affords have children over there. This really brought home the reality that food can and may someday be too expensive to buy. (so stock up) Next we had Coleman's and Mike's birthdays in June. To our excitement we were able to have a birthday party in our NEW back yard! YAHOO! Mike and our friends Shad, Brittany, Chris, Heidie, Jason, Steve, Ashton and David worked there BUTT off helping us put it in. We got a new swing set too. Mike bust his tail putting up Colemans "castle" got it all done and then one sad night (1) gust of wind knocked the entire thing down, broke our slide in half... So needless to say the "castle" has no exit... The slide is gone until we have money to get a new one. But the back yard is fluishing and doing great. One day we will be able to afford the concreat for our walk out.
The next project that is under way is the basement family room, and bedroom. We have got all that we need to finish these two rooms except carpet and paint. So hopefully we can have "The Party of the year for my birthday in the fall. (we will see) I have about 15 projects lined up for Mike between now & then. We are doing well. Mike is still working at the hospital until after Christmas and then who knows from there. Coleman has just turned two. He is getting so funny. He is so smart, he says just about everything he hears. He likes tools, trucks, and "workin hard" I am LOVIN my new BOOBS! YES I should have gotten that done forever ago. So other than all that the next project is hopefully a new baby. Nothing yet but hopefully by the time the fall starts. We will see......
